Valerie Kelso is a resilience coach, certified medical massage therapist, and the visionary founder of Purple Light Touch Foundation and Val-u-U Heal Speak & Transform. Originally from England, Valerie moved to Texas where she overcame domestic abuse, trauma, and homelessness, transforming her pain into purpose.
Today, she is a bold advocate for women and girls in recovery, creating safe spaces for healing and empowerment.
For over nine years, her nonprofit has served survivors of trauma, domestic violence, and cancer. Through therapeutic massage, business classes, faith-based mentoring, and holistic care, Valerie has helped countless women reclaim their confidence and rebuild their lives.

She is also the creator of a handcrafted wellness product line, infusing natural remedies with her own healing journey. From trauma relief oils to restorative hair care, each product is made with intention, compassion, and prayer.
Her work has been featured at women’s conferences, empowerment expos, and wellness events across Texas. Valerie believes that healing starts with faith, education, and touch. She continues to lead with love and purpose through her life motto:
